Job Summary:
We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher and upto 1 year of experience) to join our firm as an Audit Lead.
This role is designed for high-potential professionals who are ready to take ownership, think independently, and lead assignments with confidence from the beginning of their career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit Planning & Execution
• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audit assignments independently.
• Develop audit strategies based on risk assessment and business understanding.
• Review and finalize financial statements ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and timely completion of engagements.
• Identify control gaps and recommend practical solutions.
2. Ind AS & Financial Reporting (Mandatory)
• Possess strong practical working knowledge of Ind AS.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.
• Handle Ind AS adjustments, disclosures, and reconciliations.
• Support clients in Ind AS implementation, transition, and impact analysis.
• Provide logical interpretation of standards and their practical application.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to Ind AS, Accounting Standards, Standards on Auditing (SA), and tax regulations.
• Evaluate Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and risk frameworks.
• Assist in assessments, scrutiny cases, and regulatory representations.
• Apply analytical reasoning to evaluate compliance risks and financial exposures.
4. Client Interaction & Team Leadership
• Direct interaction with clients for planning, execution, reporting, and advisory discussions.
• Lead and supervise article assistants and junior team members.
• Review work with constructive feedback and mentoring.
• Demonstrate confidence in discussions and take decisive calls when required.
• Build strong professional relationships with clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant – Mandatory
• Practical working knowledge of Ind AS – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of Standards on Auditing and Tax Laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and communication skills
