Website: www.theska.in Designation: Assistant Manager Division: Inspection/Audit/ Compliance Industry: Stock Brokers Location: Sion & GTB Nagar Compensation: Best in Industry Responsibilities: -Lead and manage Internal Audit & Compliance assurance Services for various SEBI registered intermediaries such as Stock Brokers, DPs, Investment Advisers, etc. -Ensuring that trading members/stock brokers adhere to the regulatory norms by conducting onsite/offsite inspection. - Conduct examination of Internal processes such as enhanced supervision, Margin collection & reporting, client funding, settlements of funds, Payin- Pay-out review, Holding statement, etc. - Implementing various circulars issued by Exchange / SEBI - Thoroughly monitor the issuance of the audit reports' compliance - Keep track of internal audits Preference: Qualified Chartered Accountant from Audit background Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
