Job Title - Finance Controller - FP&A (Salary range 22 LPA - 24 LPA)

Responsibilities:
1. Planning, Budgeting &
Forecasting:
-
1. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including Indian business laws, tax laws, accounting standards, and companies act.
2. Perform regular audits to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
3. Maintain accurate financial records in MIS with supporting;
4. Prepare financial reports, such as draft balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
5. Assist in the preparation of financial budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
6. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address audit findings.
7. Monitor changes in financial regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
+. Provide support in financial analysis and decision-making processes.
10. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in finance compliance.
11. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
12. Review of reconciliation and getting balance confirmation on timely basis.
13. Preparing schedule of payments and sharing with the management on weekly basis.
14 Preparation documentation and form 15CA/CB for all foreign payments.
Qualifications:
1.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification
experience.
2.
In-depth knowledge of costing, reconciliation, planning, budgeting, and
forecasting.
3.
Experience in creating and preparing financial reports and metrics.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong
understanding of business flows and management information systems (MIS).

Proficiency in data extrapolation and forecasting techniques.

Knowledge of Indian Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations
