:> Assist the senior team in preparation of feasibility studies, performance reports etc.
;> Conduct Industry and Market Research to aid in client presentations and advisory mandates
;> Assist in preparing client deliverables and presentation
;> Staying Updated with regulatory changes, industry trends and financial reporting standards
.Semi Qualified's who has completed article ship and are working as paid assistant
s> Decent article ship experience, preferably in a mid sized or large CA firm
;> Basic Knowledge on Financial Statements, accounting standards and taxation concepts
;> Experience in handling accounting tools like Tally, ERP, Zoho etc.
;> Proficient in MS Office
;> Hands on experience in accounting/compliance domain in VC Firms or AIF will be an added advantage
