We are looking for a Café Helper

About Us:
Cafe We is a pocket-friendly, community-focused cafe known for its plant-based options, coffee, and sandwiches. We offer a peaceful, warm atmosphere with lush greens, warm lights and serve various beverages and food items. We also host events like music performances and karaoke once a week.

What You’ll Do:
Clean café and kitchen and other common areas
Help in cutting, washing, and small food work.
Learn cooking step by step.
Support chef and café team.

What We’re Looking For:
No experience needed. Freshers welcome.
Must be honest, hardworking, and on time.
Ready to learn and help.
Commitment to stay with us long-term.

What we offer:
Salary: ₹8,000/month
Bonus: ₹2,000/month retention bonus (paid after 6 months of continuous service)
Accommodation and food will be provided.
Friendly work environment.
Transportation is not provided.

📍 Location: Café We, Offbeat Goa Space, Anjuna
Timings: 6 days a week (including weekends), 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (with break)
Weekly holiday: Monday.
