Job description
Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Catalog & Data Associate to support our e-commerce operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product data, ensuring accurate catalog listings, and maintaining smooth inventory operations across multiple marketplaces.
This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role where attention to detail, ownership, and consistency matter the most. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality data and seamless marketplace performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Good understanding of basic e-commerce concepts and product listings.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy and consistency.
• Strong time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (filters, formulas, bulk edits).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end product catalog operations including item creation, updates, and maintenance across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accurate and complete product data such as titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency across listings
• The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in data catalog management, including catalog creation, maintenance, and regular updates.
• The candidate must possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and engage with global stakeholders.
• Monitor catalog performance and identify errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Execute bulk uploads and updates using internal tools, spreadsheets, or marketplace systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and resolve catalog-related issues.
• Follow defined processes and SOPs while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Meet daily and weekly targets while maintaining high accuracy standards.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members when required.
• Stay updated with marketplace guidelines and best practices for catalog management.
