Company Description Zha Technology Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sivaganga for a CCTV Technician. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems. The candidate will need to be available for after-hours or on-call work when necessary. Qualifications • CCTV Installation skills, including running cable and connecting peripherals • Excellent Communication skills, as the technician will be required to explain technical information to clients and colleagues • Troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose and correct issues with CCTV systems • Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to understand and respond to client needs • Knowledge of Hazardous Materials Regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials that may be encountered on the job • Experience with Access Control systems is a plus • Relevant certification or training in CCTV Installation and Maintenance is required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as being detail-oriented and organized
