About the Centre

Papilio St Kilda is a beautiful boutique service located in Westbury Street, St Kilda. Our dedicated team supports children's growth using the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, which includes STEM and literacy opportunities. With engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces, including a large playground, we foster strong connections with local schools and community groups. We provide fresh, healthy meals prepared onsite, With a government-approved kindergarten program, safety and security of the children is our top priority.

About the Role

Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
Has good mentoring skills
A current Working with Children’s Check
Experienced in meeting safety and compliance standards
