I9 Education is a growing Early Learning Childhood Company dedicated to children growth and learning. With a commitment to novelty and quality care, the team has consistently delivered top-notch services to its valued consumers. As we continue to grow, we are searching for 4-5 Centre Directors to build and elevate our operations to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a thriving Early Learning Centre.
Uphold the highest standards of NRQS, delivery and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Recruit, train and mentor educators to maintain a high-performing team.
Cultivate strong relationships with parents, children, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).
Experience as a Centre Director (highly regarded).
Strong knowledge of childcare frameworks & regulations.
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certification.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Leadership skills to guide, mentor and inspire your team.
Additional Requirements
Valid drivers licence.
National Police Check (less than 6 months old).
Working with Children Check.
Child Safe accredited training and Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
