Position: Sr. Executive- Finance: CA Fresher
Objectives
• Work on statutory audit, tax audit, GST, Income Tax and compliance with Accounting Standards
• Treasury and Forex Management
• To ensure that the book-keeping including but not limited to general ledgers, accounts payables, receivables, banking, inter-branch/inter-company reconciliation is done in time for month closing and for day to day decisions.
• Participate in Monthly closure of books of accounts as per guidelines and deadlines
• Improving internal control and accuracy for the entries passed and the reports generated
• Implement and update accounting systems and processes.
• Reconcile revenue statements.
• Work on cost control measures
Responsibilities
• To supervise book-keeping and ensuring all the entries are passed for general ledgers, accounts payables, receivables, banking, on daily basis
• Periodic inter-branch/inter-company reconciliations
• Review of workings relevant to monthly provisions, prepaid workings unbilled revenue, and reconciliations for all Bank statements
• Accounting and closing of US books to prepare monthly P/L statements and Balance Sheets
• Review and maintain Forward contracts booked with Bankers and ensuring appropriate entries are passed
• Review of foreign exchange gain/loss on periodic basis and maintaining workings relevant to forex loss/gains to recognize in books
• Daily watch on forex movements, liaison with Bankers and recommending booking of forward contracts
• Overseeing GST reconciliation statements and coordination with stakeholders to ensure GST credits are reflected on GST portal
• Ad-hoc assignments as directed by management
Skillset and specifications
• Should be Chartered Accountant: Pass out from 2021 or 2026
• Keen to learn new areas and ready take on additional responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Age: 21 to 25
