Candidate should have core experience in Fund Admin
DO: Job Description
• Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projection or wires system.
• Calculate fees and prepare NAV pack.
• Process capital call and distribution.
• Prepare and issue partners capital statements (PCAP).
• Prepare of Financial statements (FS TB, SOEC, BS, P&L etc) as per US GAAP/IFRS.
• Handling audit/Investors queries in timely manner.
• Prepare ad hoc/customized report for fund and investors.
• Provide training to new joiners.
• Fair understanding of Equity, FNO, Fixed Income, Money Market etc. products.
• Knowledge of Advent Geneva will be added advantage. Display
Desired Skills
• Good Financial and financial reporting knowledge.
• Sound analytical skills Fair understanding of legal documents and its interpretation.
• Sound accounting knowledge.
• Good communication skills, client orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, power point and oracle ERP
