Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintaining proper accounting records
· Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures
· Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendors
· Ensuring complete compliance with the Government authorities
· Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies
· Conducting internal and external audits
· Preparing budgets, annual reports and strategies at Group, company, and at project level
· Advising on financial transactions, mergers and acquisition, projects feasibility
· Helping with reciprocity agreements, training agreements or similar tax/payment-related queries
· Analysing the company’s financial systems and establishing appropriate procedures
· To assist Banking formalities related to Bank Guarantees, Loans, Credit Limits, Business loan / Working capital
· Preparing and forecasting if/when budget reports
· Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any leakages
· Negotiating monetary terms with vendors
· Providing assistance with tax planning
Work Experience Requirements:
• 5-+ years of Experience
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Team building - Ability to manage diverse teams, conflict management.
• Must be able to multi-task, follow up on tasks and complete projects on time.
• The candidate should have the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able to make sound judgments based on this information.
• Strong research, analytical and writing skills as well as the ability to understand and draw conclusions from research.
• Should be smart, confident, professional and having strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems with multiple variables.
• Ability to handle pressure, Strong inter-personal skills.
• Must be a strong team player, highly motivated and able to work under pressure during peak periods
• Experience of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) is a preferable
