Job Description :
This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role specializing in Statutory Audit,
located in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will perform statutory audits for clients,
analyze financial statements, ensure compliance with prevailing laws and regulations,
and assist in preparing audit reports. The role also involves liaising closely with clients
to understand their records and providing recommendations for improving business
processes.
Expertise in Statutory Audits, Risk-based Audits, and Forensic Audits
Knowledge of Taxation, Goods and Services Tax, and Transfer Pricing
Familiarity with Corporate Law, Securities Law, and Foreign Exchange Management
Law
Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and using relevant accounting software
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
Chartered Accountancy qualification is required
Experience in valuation services, due diligence, and litigation support will be an
added advantage
