Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and timely filing of returns
- Handle internal audits, statutory audits, and liaise with external auditors
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Monitor day-to-day accounting operations and cash flow
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee monthly closing activities
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and company policies
- Assist management with strategic financial planning
- Manage vendor payments, receivables, and payables
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Proven experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel, ERP, SAP)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
