Key Responsibilities: Audit & Financial Review: Conduct comprehensive audits of company financial records to ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to maintain accurate financial reporting. Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on company structuring to optimize tax efficiency and operational performance. Recommend strategies for improving financial health and regulatory compliance. Management Review & Structuring: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement an effective review structure. Assist in setting up processes to monitor and enhance managerial accountability. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant financial laws and standards. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and financial regulations to advise the company effectively. Strategic Financial Planning: Offer guidance on financial planning and forecasting. Develop budgets and monitor financial performance against set goals. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 years of post-qualification experience. Expertise in auditing, financial regulations, and management structuring. Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and corporate governance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in advisory roles or management consulting is a plus. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
