Job Description: We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee RERA compliances, financial reporting, audits, and statutory obligations. The ideal candidate will work closely with real estate developers, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations, managing audits, and optimizing financial processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee RERA compliances, including the CA Certifications Form 3 & Form 5. Ensure accurate financial statements, reports/MIS, and books of accounts up to audit closure, complying with RERA guidelines. Assist developers in understanding and fulfilling RERA financial obligations. Monitor project accounts and verify the proper utilization of funds as per RERA norms. Manage client compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax (IT), PT, ESIC, ROC, etc. Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensure adherence to statutory laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements. Oversee budget preparation and expenditure tracking, ensuring variance analysis. Maintain strong relationships with statutory authorities, auditors, and financial institutions. Guide and manage junior staff involved in financial operations and RERA compliance. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally. Proficiency in financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance. Strong accounting foundational skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Attributes: Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new processes. Professionalism in client and internal interactions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
