Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Support the finance team in preparing various financial reports, analyses and budgets as required by management.
General Ledger & Reconciliation:
Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Perform timely bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations.
Audit Support:
Provide comprehensive support during internal and external audits, including preparing schedules, providing documentation, and addressing auditor queries.
Fixed Assets Management:
Assist in maintaining fixed asset registers and managing depreciation calculations.
Ad-hoc Projects:
Participate in various finance-related projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is mandatory.
Experience:
0-2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Freshly qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.
Relevant article-ship experience with exposure to audit, MIS and accounting is essential.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / IFRS principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) is critical.
Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong ethical compass and commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
