An experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience is required to manage various aspects of finance including accounting, taxation, MIS, and RERA-related operations.
• Key Responsibilities
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Prepare and present monthly MIS cash flow statements project profitability reports
• Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax other statutory regulations
• Manage RERA financial reporting designated accounts CA-certified submissions< li >Oversee project-wise accounting revenue recognition WIP tracking < / li >< li >Lead statutory audits coordinate auditors consultants< / li >< / ul >
