Shift - Mon to Sat (10am to 6pm)

Role
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our team and oversee the financial aspects of our real estate projects & Redevelopment Projects.
Responsibilities
Manage the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of the company's projects and investments.
Conduct cash flow analysis, profitability analysis, risk assessment and scenario planning for existing and potential business opportunities.
Provide guidance and advice on product pricing, cost optimization, revenue enhancement and market expansion strategies.
Lead and supervise the auditing, compliance, due diligence and tax functions of the company.
Coordinate and facilitate the joint ventures and partnerships of the company with external stakeholders.
Identify, evaluate and recommend new business investment opportunities that align with the company's vision and goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external auditors, regulators, bankers, investors and other financial partners.
Ensure adherence to the accounting standards, policies and procedures of the company and the relevant regulatory bodies
Mentor and coach junior staff members and provide them with feedback and training.
Stay updated on the latest trends, developments and best practices in the accounting and finance industry
Plan and execute the business expansion activities of the company such as opening new branches, entering new markets, launching new products or services, etc.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and profitability of the existing and new business units of the company
Communicate effectively with the senior management and directors.
Hands-on experience in INDAS accounting system
Requirement
Overall 7+ years of experience
At least 3+ years of experience working as a Chartered Accountant in the real estate sector or a similar industry.
Proficient knowledge of accounting principles, standards, taxation laws (GST/TDS/Income Tax etc) and regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with an ERP system and advanced skills in MS Excel and other accounting software.
Knowledge of RERA/SHRA will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
