Job Description:
2-3 years experience - CTC 8 Lakhs
5-6 years experience - CTC 10 Lakhs
• Self-motivated / Capable of working independently as a well as a Team member.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible with the ability to and work under pressure.
• Able to communicate with all levels of management and peers within the organization.
• Experience in handling team of 10-15 Associates
• Should be well conversant with SAP & MS Office
Responsibilities: (Functions to be handled)for CA and Accountant
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the Finance and Accounting team
• Be well versed with taxation requirements under GST, Income Tax and other statutory taxes.
• Be well versed in handling Statutory Audits under Income Tax, Companies Act & GST Laws.
• Should be able to head the day to day Operations & Finance for one of the individual entities of the group.
• Preparation of Monthly MIS reports to be submitted to BOD
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Establishing and implementing robust internal control systems
• Work with other HODs on enhancement of IT infrastructure
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Efficient Cash Flow Management through engagement with bankers, suppliers and customers as needed
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team.
• Handling or having been involved in mergers and acquisitions will be an added advantage
