Job Description:
Preparation of Financial Results on periodic basis
Finalisation of books and schedules as per IndAS for a Listed company
Statutory Compliances including TDS GST, etc for the Company and subsidiaries
Collaboration in preparation and planning of Income-tax and GST cases
Preparing annual reports, strategies and forecasting budgets
Liaising with clients, bankers, auditors and vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Skillful in advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint other Microsoft suites of tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Team player with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic business environment
Well-versed with budgets and variance analysis
Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
