Job Description
• Create a financial model for long-range planning in the business.
• Coordinate with management to prepare budgets.
• Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
• Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.
• Ensuring smooth monthly and quarterly closing of books within the set timelines, analysis and reporting on Monthly and quarterly P&L and Balance Sheet for management review.
• MIS preparation that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, fund flow statements, balance sheets and other statement for management use.
• Oversee the taxes and compliances in the organization
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and Central regulations; coordinates with Internal and External Auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
• Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
• Ensures compliance with Local, State, and Central Government Legal and Taxation (Direct & Indirect) requirements.
• Liaison and co-ordinate with External Service Providers (Financial, Secretarial, Legal Advisors) in consultation with management.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by management
