We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant who can work independently and to manage team with ownership at our Chennai Location.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Candidate should have 3+ years’ CA experience post qualification of CA Final exam.
· Have good command over Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite Applications
· Have good command over Book keeping softwares like Tally,Zoho Books
· Communicate with clients for solving their queries related to Accounts and Finance in day to day business
· Conducting annual audits; evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.
· Handling Corporate Taxation, Statutory Tax audit, International Taxation, Accounts & Finance of Company.
· Can able to handle the team and get updates for routine tasks
· Can do multitasking for the tasks allotted and complete it within due dates / deadlines
· Liaising with Government Departments and Regulatory Authorities like Tax Department for obtaining necessary sanctions and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations
· Formulating capital & revenue budgets and conducting ratio & variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions
· Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
· Implement accounting systems and processes.
· Prepare monthly financial reports and Perform budget analysis.
· Review and release online banking payments.
· Conduct financial audits.
· Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
· Manage full financial process of Clients.
The candidate should have good team management and client handling skills.
Work Location - Chennai.
English and Tamil proficiency is MUST
