Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage accounting activities to ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and external audits.
• Review & analyze the Balance sheet, Income statement, etc.
• Preparation of CMA data to submit to the bank.
• Preparation, and checking of QIS, and DP statements to send to the bank monthly/quarterly basis.
• Preparation of MIS, Budgets, Cash flow statement, Funds flow statements, Advance tax working, of Group companies.
• Finalization of Monthly and Yearly financial statements (i.e. P & L, Balance Sheet) of Group companies.
• Checking of GST returns prepared by the accounting team.
• Liaison with Statutory Auditor, Tax auditor, and GST auditor to get the audit done on a timely basis.
• Verifying physical stocks of raw materials, finished goods, etc. on a periodical basis.
• Preparation/checking of inland / foreign LC opening documents.
• Experience in SAP.
• Ready to travel for 3-5 days to a different state (Daman
