Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial systems, budgets, and controls, conducting audits, analyzing accounting data, and providing financial advice. The Chartered Accountant will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining accounting records, and developing financial policies.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in financial reporting, internal and external auditing, and tax compliance
• Handling Banking Payouts including foreign remittances
• Preparing & submitting reports required by management including MIS.
• Attending various scrutiny, assessment proceedings, refund follow up etc.
• Giving timely input and update on queries relating AP/AR invoices
• Liasoning with various department of the organization and external professionals including consultants etc.
• Leading team of accountants and ensuring smooth functioning of the accounts department
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to different stakeholders
• Team Leading experience is a must
• Chartered Accountancy certification
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
