Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Professional at SPONGE ENTERPRISES PVT LTD. located in Raipur. The Senior Professional will be responsible for handling export and import business operations, managing client relationships, sourcing and negotiating new deals, ensuring product quality and compliance with regulations, and analyzing market trends and opportunities. The Senior Professional will also be involved in strategic planning and decision-making. Qualifications • Proven experience in the export/import business • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues • Analytical and strategic thinking • Strong problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field • Proficiency in relevant software and tools • Experience in the export/import of Iron ore fines, Maize, Cashew Nuts, and Rice is a plus
