Job Title: Chartered Accountant Company: Egniol Group of Companies Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite) Salary Range: Up to 10 LPA Note: Only candidates based in Ahmedabad and available for immediate joining are eligible to apply Key Responsibilities: Enhance and oversee financial systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, providing insights for optimization. Conduct regular financial audits to maintain transparency and compliance. Prepare precise and timely financial statements while ensuring regulatory adherence. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business and internal account department performance. Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies. Collaborate with other departments, offering financial insights and support. Utilize financial software to streamline processes and stay updated on advancements. Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function. Qualifications: Mandatory qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA). Demonstrated experience of 2 to 3 years in financial management and accounting. Profound knowledge of financial laws and regulations, including experience in industries such as (add relevant industries). Experience in team handling. Proficiency in accountant standards, including expertise in TDS, GST, Income tax, and finalization of books of accounts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
