Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of experience in the field of audit and assurance. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
• Handle and execute statutory audits for listed entities, including all SEBI and Ind AS related compliance, and limited review
• Conduct audit of unlisted corporates, private limited companies, LLPs, partnership firms, and tax audit of all above mentioned entities
• Proficient in audit of Ind AS Financial Statements, including the preparation of first-time conversion of Ind AS Financial Statements from IGAAP
• Prepare PPTs and attend board meetings of listed entities and other senior management meetings with a team of seniors
• Manage and mentor a team of Chartered Accountants and articles
• Stay updated with fast-changing regulatory requirements around audit and assurance services
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Requirements
• A qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of audit and assurance
• Core knowledge and experience in handling listed entities statutory audits, including all SEBI and Ind AS related compliance, and limited review
• Proficient experience in audit of Ind AS Financial Statements, including preparation of first-time conversion of Ind AS Financial Statements from IGAAP
• Experience in making PPTs and attending board meetings of listed entities and other senior management meetings with a team of seniors
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Chartered Accountants and articles
• A keen learner with the ability to adopt and execute fast-changing regulatory requirements around audit and assurance services
• Excellent command over language, both spoken and written.
