Job Opening: Required CA / Inter-CA for Indirect Taxation
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant or Inter-CA with a strong background in Indirect Taxes. If you have a passion for taxation and are well-versed in GST, Service Tax, VAT, Excise, Customs, DGFT, and allied laws, this opportunity is for you!
• Qualification Required:
- Chartered Accountant or Inter-CA
- 2-3 years of experience in the field of Indirect Taxes
- Exclusive articleship period in the field of Indirect Taxes will also be considered
• Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accurately estimate the liability of all Indirect Taxes for clients on a periodic basis and ensure timely tax payments.
2. File returns, forms, refund applications, and add-ons as per the compliance calendar. Perform reconciliations of pending forms.
3. Maintain timely reconciliations, track compliance status, and follow up with clients for pending actions. Update compliance tracker and dashboards.
4. Obtain and maintain registrations for clients, ensuring their validity.
5. Conduct GST audits, assessments, and handle litigations when required.
6. Stay updated on recent changes in the field of Indirect Taxes and educate clients about the same.
7. Travel to client locations or government offices as and when required.
