Job Description
mid-sized firm of Chartered Accountants located in Chennai, India is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant who are exited to work in practice and looking to associate with them over a longer period to grow themselves along with the firm in any of the below functions/practices:
1. Assurance - Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Audits of Private Companies and Banks.
2. Direct Taxation - Income Tax Return Filing, Tax consultation to clients, Appeals and Litigation.
3. Indirect Taxation Regular return filing, Consultation, Annual Returns
4. Business Consultation - Providing business consultations on specific projects to clients
5. Startup Consultancy - Due diligence, Investor Negotiations and other fund raise related services
6. Payroll, Accounting and Compliance outsourcing
Educational Qualification
• Experienced Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferably in the Audit Firms or fresher's with sound articleship exposure can only apply.
