Job Title: Chartered Accountant – Finance & Controlling (SAP FICO)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• (CMA or MBA Finance with 6+ years of relevant experience may be considered)
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification industry experience (preferably in manufacturing)
• Extensive hands-on experience as a SAP end-user (Finance & Controlling module)
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level controlling and financial operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to working with international stakeholders (especially German counterparts) is a significant advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with German stakeholders and global Finance/Controlling teams
• Ensure alignment with and implementation of Group best practices in financial processes
• Support Group reporting, including data extraction, validation, and analysis
• Assist in Forecasting, Budgeting, and Group Controlling activities
• Participate in account finalization and ongoing financial operations
• Prepare and deliver high-quality Management Reports for decision-making support
