- LOOKING FOR CA IN STATUTORY AUDIT ROLE WITH BIG 4 ONLY -
The candidate should be with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a company engaged in service industry with in-depth understanding of IGAAP as well as IND AS and working knowledge of SAP system.
He should possess a sound accounting and commercial acumen and should be able to lay down sound systems and procedures.
Years of experience: CA with 4-6 years of experience (Non CA will not be considered)

Job Description :
- Responsibility for monthly book closure by 5th of month - Preparation of monthly / quarterly/ annual financial statements along with the P&L and Balance sheet schedules;
- Framing the accounting policies and accounting guidelines and ensuring all the accounting policies in in conformance with the applicable GAAP;
- Preparation of monthly balance sheet of the Company and highlighting the concern areas through periodical reviews;
Preparation of monthly Cash Flow & Fund Flow Statement;
- Responsible for implementing and reviewing the Internal Financial Controls (IFC);
- Responsibility for leading the Statutory Audit and Internal Audits for the Company including Reserve Bank of India audits and timely closure of the observations;
- Ensure all statutory compliance of the organization are met including taxation and company law matters and responsible for reporting to statutory bodies;
- Driving vendor recon activity and closing recon items, collecting NDCs from vendors
- Coordinating with the Bankers on covenant compliances for the working capital and term loans availed by the Company
- Preparation and Presentation of MIS Report-Daily/ Monthly / Quarterly, Automation in finance function
