About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountants to join our Assurance team. The ideal candidates should possess strong expertise in IND-AS with a proven track record of handling assurance and audit engagements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and assurance engagements in line with professional standards.
• Review IND-AS-based financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on accounting and assurance matters to clients and team members.
• Identify key risk areas and recommend practical, value-adding solutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior team members in developing assurance practice skills.
Key Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–10 years of relevant experience in assurance/audit practice.
• Strong practical knowledge of IND-AS.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Prior experience in a reputed CA firm/assurance practice preferred.
• IND-AS Certificate Course will be an added advantage.
