Opportunity to work as CA Manager - Internal & Statutory Audits with the esteemed client company of Sanskruti Solutions (CA Firm):
Job Description:
1. Internal & Statutory Audit
2. Preparation of MIS on monthly basis and advisory how to reduce cost.
3. Identify and mitigate tax risks.
4. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
5. Assists in development of the institution's annual audit plan.
6. Manages performance of audit assignments, reviews work papers and audit reports; edits & Finalize reports prepared by others.
7. Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.
8. Performs preliminary planning and establishes direction for audits, provides leadership to assigned team, manage project to quality outcomes, while meeting established time budget.
+. Performs audit work including plan preparation, work papers, finding and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures and related transactions.
10. Coordinates and interacts with administrators, faculty, and staff and with external audit and law enforcement agencies, as needed.
11. Training to new staff, as needed.
12. Keeps abreast of policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing professions, and changes in local, state, and central laws, as applicable.
13. Coordinates and interacts with audit firms performing external audits of Clients financial statements.
14. Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
15. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Skills Needed:
Knowledge of INDAS / AS
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication skills
Leadership qualities
Good coordination skills
An organized approach and excellent time management skills
Ability to work well as part
Software knowledge: Tally, Advance Excel, SAP, ERPCA experience would be a plus.
Desired profile of the candidate:
Qualified CA (Ready to join immediately and to travel at Client Place’s - 100% traveling in Mumbai / Mumbai Suburbs / Navi Mumbai)
Min 1+ Year of Experience (Post Article-ship) is needed
