Looking for CA in Manufacturing Company for VKI Industrial Area, Jaipur.
· Well versed in financial analysis.
· Well Versed in Tax Compliance (GST/IT)
· Well versed in Statutory Compliance (PF/ESIC/TDS)
· Well versed in ROC/ROIC
· Preparation of Monthly manufacturing financials.
· Preparation of Monthly Management Account Schedules and reconciling same with Trial balance and other financial reporting tools.
· Preparation and reconciliation of the monthly income/expenses schedules to identify income/expenses to be included in the monthly management accounts.
· Updating and analysis of the monthly expenditure schedules to identify accrual and prepayments to be included in the monthly management accounts.
· Performing reconciliations of selected ledger accounts on a monthly basis and ensure that cost are being recorded in right cost centers Control over reporting and its analysis
· Design/redesign business/accounting process to achieve cost and revenue at lowest level in business and get all stakeholders agreed for same.
· Handlings of large data base in excel/access and prepare reports based on complex logic.
· Discussion on reported cost/issues with management or relevant people and understand the reasons thereof.
· Formalize the structure for the reports and system through which data has to be analyzed.
· Creation of systems for automated report generation & ensuring that scheduled reports are released on time.
· IT Projects Assisting the Finance Manager on IT related projects to improve the integration of the various Departmental systems with the Finance systems.
Ø Experience in manufacturing Industry Only.
Ø Experience in management reporting, preparation of financial statements.
Ø Financial Forecast Expert
Ø Experience in reconciliation, variance analysis and cost analysis.
Ø Hands on experience in working on large excel files.
Ø Handled minimum 500 CR turnover
