We are looking for a skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team at The Wellness Shop. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial information to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 4-6 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of tax planning and compliance
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate the annual audit process
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial advice and support to other departments
• Manage tax planning and compliance
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations
