Indirect Tax & Audit:
• Responsibility to handle GST compliances and having knowledge of service tax, VAT, CST, Entry - Tax of respective states, and profession tax
• Compliance Review of all existing transactions and suggesting changes in existing processes whenever necessary
• Review of returns and ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of return - suggest suitable
• improvements in the existing processes, if any.
• Preparation of SOP filing of returns, payment of GST, availing input Tax credits and Audits.
• Track and update the latest developments/ changes in indirect tax laws and implications and initiate changes in internal processes
• Proactive suggestions about the compliance of indirect taxes
• Tax planning to optimize the resources and help business/ sector teams to modify the existing processes to get implemented
• Preparation for assessments and Legal Drafting
• Representation before Tax authorities’ investigations, assessments, appeals etc.
Direct Tax & Audit:
1. Finalization of books of accounts
2. Handling Statutory Audit, Tax Audits & Internal Audits
3. Preparation of Financials of Companies as per Companies Act, 2013
4. Preparation of Financials of LLP, firms, individuals, trusts
5. Handling Direct Tax Compliances - Income Tax, TDS, etc.
6. Handling Assessments, Appeals, etc.
7. Other Direct Tax and Audit related work
Key Performance Indicators -
1. Meeting the deadlines
2. Timeliness in solving audit and tax queries
3. Client Management
Candidate Qualification / Skill Set Requirement -
1. 0-3 years of experience
2. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) by profession
3. Good Communication Skills and Conceptual Clarity
4. Well-versed with MS-office
5. Open to travel

Salary: 6.5 - 8 Lakhs
