Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing Tezz capital team. As a CA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements, managing financial reporting processes, and providing strategic financial analysis to support informed decision-making of Tezz capital.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Conduct internal audits to assess internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist with external audits, providing necessary documentation and support to external auditors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Manage and maintain the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed assets.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets to support informed business decisions.
• Assist with tax planning and preparation, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on current accounting standards and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other departments across the company, including sales, operations, and human resources.
• May participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation from a recognized accounting body.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge of Investor deck, financials and invoices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
