Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience and a strong background in audit, taxation, and investigation. Prior experience in a CA firm is essential. The candidate should be well-versed with accounting standards such as IND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP and the various compliances and Acts applicable to India.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and oversee audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Provide expert advice on tax-related matters, including compliance, planning, and investigation.
Analyze and interpret financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct financial investigations and forensic audits as required.
Ensure adherence to IND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP in all financial reporting and practices.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and transparency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Qualification: Semi-Qualified/ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Forensic Audit , Certified Fraud Examiner, Company Secretary, CFA, DISA will be of added advantage)
Experience: 5-6 years, with significant experience in a CA firm.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, strong understanding of accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS, US GAAP).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in audit and taxation contexts.
Additional Requirements:
Strong ethical standards and integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
