Tanuj Garg & Associates , a Chartered Accountants firm, having office at CM-6A, Sector 122, Noida- 201301 is looking to hire 2(Two) Qualified Chartered Accountant and 3 (Three) Accountants/Semi qualified CA having relevant experience of 1-2 years or more for Noida Office location. Job Description:
Candidate must be interested in research and analysis of legal compliances under various corporate laws.
Must possess good knowledge and understanding of Corporate laws like Companies Act and its rules, various SEBI regulations, FEMA etc
Must possess good knowledge and understanding of Income Tax and GST Laws.
Good knowledge of Ind AS and Auditing Standards would be preferable.
Must be capable of keeping track of changing laws.
Apart from handling Audits activities, must be interested in front end engagement with client/prospects and in supporting audit team of the firm.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be good in drafting and working on MS Office.
Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Have basic computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
