Job Description
We are looking for a young and motivated CA to join our organisation as Head of Finance and Administration for Pune Location based in Chakan Area for one of our client in Manufacturing company . The candidate will be in charge of supervising and coordinating the team of accountants officers managing the books of accounts of our clients and will work in coordination with Compliance Department to ensure reporting and bookkeeping is accurate and in compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
Main responsibilities:
To verify and validate entries passed by Account Officer on a daily base
To support and instruct Account Officers in daily accounting activity
To monitor Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables of the company and of the clients.
Journal Ledger / voucher/General Ledgers
Income Tax and TDS working and returns
GST working and returns
Validation of Salary Calculation and Computation of Income Tax on Salary
Managing compliance of Taxation and filing i.e. TDS, GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax Company, Employees and Director
Support in preparation of Projection for Advance Tax Payment.
Co-ordination with external Chartered Accountant, Auditor and Company Secretary
Finalisation of books of accounts on quarterly base
MIS reporting
To provide CA Certifications required by clients (ICAI Certificate of Practise required)
Requirements
- CA CoP is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. MBA preferred.
- Relevant working experience of at least 5 years in CA firm
- Relevant working experience in manufacturing company
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English Language
- Excellent PR skills
- Excellent skills in
