Job Title : Senior Manager
Competencies
• Have in depth Knowledge with the auditing, accounting and ethical standards applicable to the engagement
• Have the ability to provide conclusions with supportive evidence
• Are developing the skills to document and manage audit files in the audit documentation/ software used by the firm
• Are starting to plan audits, assess risks and controls, supervise staff and audit more complex areas
• Understand transactional flow and key transition cycles and you can make constructive suggestions to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures
Experience bracket
• 7 plus year of auditing from a reputed / recognized firm having exposure to listed / unlisted companies and tax audit
• Experience in handling audit and attestation work for medium and large clients
• Experience across dynamic industries (manufacturing and service sector)
• Take direction from other, more experienced members of the team as you assist in problem solving and fact finding.

• C.A.
Job Responsibilities
You are likely to be involved with all stages of an audit, including planning, execution and completion, training and supervising entry level team members. Increased responsibility for statutory audits/ Limited reviews of listed companies . Typical responsibilities may include:
• Planning and Execution of assignment as per the audit plan / programme
• Reporting/Escalating major issues/developments to higher levels
• Interaction and Coordination with the clients
• Preparation & maintenance of various office records
• Assessment of Quality of work performed by subordinates
• Follow-up for billing, costing & other documentations
• Documentation
• Adherence to office procedures, Rules & Regulations
