Key Responsibilities:
- Review item master for anomalies in cost and inventory classification
- Conduct inventory analysis including aging and identification of non-moving inventory
- Perform variance analysis comparing actual vs budgets
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities
- Identify and address internal control issues in inventory management
- Perform system transactions for scrap adjustments
- Support management in developing cost records and reviewing assembly costs
- Orchestrate periodic inventory counts and report variances
Qualifications Required:
- CMA with 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive or power industry
- Basic awareness of GST laws related to purchase/sale/transfers
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft applications

You will be responsible for conducting inventory analysis, including aging of inventory and following up with teams to identify non-moving inventory. Additionally, you will perform variance analysis by comparing actual vs budgeted figures and reporting deviations to management. Your tasks will also include monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and inventory roll forwards every month. You will need to identify and address internal control issues related to inventory management and perform system transactions for scrap adjustments. Furthermore, you will support management in developing cost records and reviewing new assembly costs.
