Bagaria & Company LLP is seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with expertise in income tax matters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and possess the necessary skills to handle a variety of tax-related responsibilities. This position is located in Andheri (West), Mumbai.

Chartered Accountant- TAX

Responsibilities:

· Filing income tax returns accurately and in a timely manner for individual and corporate clients.

· Handling tax assessments, including responding to notices and queries from tax authorities.

· Managing tax litigation processes and representing clients in tax disputes, if required.

· Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations and laws.

· Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on tax planning strategies and compliance issues.

· Conducting thorough tax research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

· Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues effectively.

· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

· Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience specializing in income tax.

· Proven track record of successfully filing income tax returns and handling tax assessments.

· Experience in managing tax litigation and representing clients in tax disputes preferred.

· Strong understanding of tax regulations and laws, with the ability to ensure compliance.

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate tax risks.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships and interacting with tax authorities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and tax-related software/tools.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Chartered Accountant- AUDIT

This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified Chartered Accountant - Audit Manager located in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

The Audit Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of clients including.
• Finalization of accounts
• Financial statement analysis
• Planning and executing audit engagements
• Handling client queries
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review of Tax Audit schedules/details and ensuring completion of Tax Audit within the allowed time-frame

Qualifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in finance and accounting principles
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Experience in auditing and taxation
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and laws is a plus
