At least 5 years of proven success in managing an IT outsourcing company or a department within an IT outsourcing company
Strong experience in managing finances, including P&L management, taxes, and investment planning
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a high-performing environment
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and innovation

Ability to see the big picture and balance risks and opportunities
Flexibility to adapt to the changing tech landscape and market dynamics
Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Strong IT outsourcing industry knowledge

Interviewing process:
Level 1 - 60-min virtual Interview with COO (General fit)
Level 2 - Task assignment. 30-60-+0 days presentation.
Level 3 - 60-min virtual Interview with the Founder (Presentation, Q&A)
Level 4 - Meeting with the Founder, COO, and Strategic Advisor (Cultural fit. Final)
Reference and Background checks: conducted after successful interviews
