About this roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Analyst to join our team.This is a key position that will be responsible for the transition of BU level costing activities to finance CoE. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from various sources, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform business decisions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, with experience in SAP product costing and end-to-end process knowledge. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, and work independently or as part of a team to achieve goals.Key Responsibilities:To provide accurate and timely financial information to support business decisionsTo develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including finance teams, operational teams, and external partnersTo identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costsTo collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve profitabilityTo stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in cost accountingRequirements:Certified/Qualified Accountant: An accountant certified by a professional accounting body (Chartered accountant or Cost and Management Accountant)University DegreeA minimum of eight years of post-qualification work experience with a manufacturing organisationMinimum of six years hands on experience with SAP product costing and end to end process knowledgeKnowledge on SAP MM and PP modules.
