Roles and Responsibilities
Finalization of monthly, quarterly & annual accounts
Handling IPO / Divestment related activities and subsequent compliances & reporting
Thorough knowledge of IND-AS
Dealing with external agencies like bankers, merchant bankers, Lawyers, due-diligence/auditors etc.
Managing day to day banking operations
Preparation of budget and monitoring budgetary control
Implementing monthly MIS reporting and reviewing & presenting it to leadership team
Handling Statutory, Internal and tax audit
Implementation and monitoring of SOPs for Accounts & Finance, Payroll, Treasury department
Handling and monitoring statutory compliances like TDS, GST, Income tax, RBI etc.
Fund mobilization including review of periodic cash flow and its monitoring
Monitor accounts receivable and payable as per the credit policy of the Company.
Heading Revenue Leakage & Cost Optimization

Chartered Accountant - Mandatory
