Accounting Position OverviewThe role of an accountant is a crucial one, as it involves ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be detail-oriented.We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. This individual will be responsible for preparing and posting journal entries in accordance with GAAP standards.Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with US GAAP and Local GAAP.Support the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Reconcile Balance sheet and P&L accounts on a regular basis and investigate discrepancies.A strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
