We’re launching our sales operations in New York, USA by August 31st, with one goal:
become a $1 Billion AI powered company.
We are seeking a Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) to architect and lead this
growth engine.
Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for a battle-tested B2B SaaS growth leader who has taken a startup from
early traction to Unicorn scale. You’ve built full-stack sales and marketing operations,
created revenue-generating lead engines, and know how to turn market insights into serious
momentum.
You are both a strategist and a doer—ready to build something global from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing core sales team targeting global healthcare,
pharma, and enterprise clients.
• Define and drive sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
• Achieve conversion targets set by the management team with consistent performance
tracking.
• Lead enterprise deals including CRM and ERP solution sales.
Pre-Sales & Demo Funnel
• Build a strong pre-sales team focused on lead qualification and demo scheduling.
• Set demo booking KPIs and implement processes to consistently meet or exceed
them.
• Optimize demo-to-close rates through tailored sales enablement materials and buyer
journeys.
Lead Generation & Demand Gen
• Set up and scale lead generation operations with integrated inbound and outbound
strategies.
• Proven track record running LinkedIn campaigns (₹10L+/month), Meta Ads, and
Google Ads.
• Execute advanced SEO strategies to drive organic growth and traffic.
• Collect, enrich, and segment B2B data to fuel marketing campaigns and targeted
outreach.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
• Build and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across content, performance,
and brand.
• Lead content and social media strategy aligned with industry positioning and
thought leadership.
• Own campaign success metrics, funnel analysis, and continuous optimization.
• Build brand presence that drives authority, credibility, and conversion.
Requirements
• 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales and marketing with proven unicorn experience.
• Proven success scaling CRM/ERP software in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on experience in building pre-sales and core sales teams from scratch.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Ads, Meta/Google Campaigns, and full-funnel
growth tactics.
• Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media.
• Experience in collecting, segmenting, and leveraging B2B data for outreach and
marketing automation.
• Proficient with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
