Smartloanchoice is a Mortgage Broker company headquartered in Hornsby, Sydney, with branches in Brisbane, Perth, and Melbourne. The model for each of our offices is a core, small team, with no more than 6 key members. The intention is to ensure every broker can receive the company's resource support and one-on-one training and care.
Job Description:
The main job of a Mortgage Broker is to find clients who need to borrow money, complete their loan applications, and thereby earn commissions from banks or lending institutions. Let's take a $1,000,000 loan as an example; the total commission is $7,200. So, you might only need to complete 2-3 deals per month to match a regular salary, leaving the rest of the time for study and personal life. However, broker commissions have no upper limit. You can arrange your working hours and effort based on your own financial goals.
Smartloanchoice is very friendly towards beginners with no experience. We offer company-allocated resources from the start and a high commission split ratio. For brokers experiencing cash flow difficulties, we also provide non-commission pay. Even as a broker, the starting speed at Smartloanchoice is faster than at other companies because, compared to scale, we value team quality and atmosphere more.
What conditions do you need to meet to join us?
No mortgage experience required, but must have other sales experience.
Have a stable visa; PR/Citizen preferred.
Fluent and standard Mandarin Chinese; basic English listening and speaking skills.
